The end of Nominet's five year priority registration period for .uk is in sight.

.UK up to 25 June 2019

The rights owner has until 06:00 BST on 25th June 2019 to claim their reserved .UK domain.

.UK  from 1st to 5th July 2019

Nominet will start the release process in batches:

  • 1 July: domain names beginning with 0-9 and a-b
  • 2 July: domain names beginning with c-f
  • 3 July: domain names beginning with g-m
  • 4 July: domain names beginning with n-s
  • 5 July: domain names beginning with t-z

The batch is released at 14:00 BST on each day

.UK  from 8th to 12th July 2019

Nominet will make domains generally available in batches as follows:

  • 8 July: domain names beginning with 0-9 and a-b
  • 9 July: domain names beginning with c-f
  • 10 July: domain names beginning with g-m
  • 11 July: domain names beginning with n-s
  • 12 July: domain names beginning with t-z

The batch is released at 14:00 BST on each day

If you wish to place a back order on any of those domains you can do so by raising a support request listing the domains with or without the .uk extension.

You will need to add £12 credit to your account for each domain, we will confirm the domains requested and will only take one back order for any domain. So first come first served.
