Information regarding our Abuse Policy

Every RMPnet customer agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions listed on our terms and conditions page.

Abuse is considered to be, but not limited to:

  • Spam
  • Hacking attempts
  • IRC activity
  • Phishing
  • Illegal web site content
If you encounter something you think might constitute abuse which you believe has come from our network or systems please report this with as much detail to include as much information as possible eg
  • URL of web page or pages
  • Time and Dates
  • Any Email headers
  • Log files
All abuse complaints will be investigated within 24 hours, we will contact you for further information if required. We will contact our customers where appropriate.

Any Illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and we will work with them to stop the abuse as swiftly as possible.
All Abuse reports will be tracked via our ticket system.
